I love making wishlist to see how many things I need/want, but I also love stationary so this is the perfect mix. Warning: this might make you wanna go shop for all things stationary even if you don't necessarily need them. Sorry about that, but if it's any help, I want to do that too now.
○ lots of colourful markers cause I don't just love highlighting my face
○ pens with really thin nibs because I have the tiniest handwriting
○ a proper sharpener cause I've ruined all of mine with eyebrow pencils
○ a planner so that I feel more organized and put together
○ a diary/journal that will make me feel inspired to write
○ a notepad to take with me and write things down like a basic blogger
○ a sketchbook to make collages in
○ folders and binders so that I can organize everything much better
○ sticky note bookmarks
○ sticky notes which you can never have enough of
○ colourful pens that make studying more fun
○ a calendar in which I can write things down
○ to do lists - another attempt to feel more organized
That seems to be everything stationary wise I wish I had, sorry this blog post is so short. Tell me some of the things you want and I'll talk to you Thursday.

Lately, I've been all over my new blender and I've been making lots and lots of different smoothies. However, this one in particular is the perfect mixture of fruit for me. If you're interested in a citrusy smoothie to give you the energy for your day, continue reading.
What you will need:
1 orange

1 lemon
1 or 2 kiwi depending on how sour you want the smoothie to be

What you will do:
Squeeze the lemon and orange so that you get a juice. Peel the kiwi or simply take it out with a spoon. Pour the juice in the blender and add the kiwi. Turn the blender on and wait until there are no lumps left, unless you like lumps. Once it's all blended nicely, pour it into your favourite glass and enjoy.
It's a bit greener than it looks on the photo.
Obviously this smoothie isn't for everyone because it can be quite sour. If you don't like how sour it is, you can dial it down with some water, I guess. Even though it's sour, it's super energizing and refreshing.
That's my current favourite smoothie - simple but effective. If I come across some more recipes I love, I'll be sure to share them with you. Bon apetit!

To be honest, I don't actually know if this is a tag or just a random post that I found and figured it was a tag. Regardless, I am gonna answer those 25 questions as if it was a tag.
1. What is your middle name?
I don't have one. Middle names aren't really common in my country.

2. What is your favourite subject in school?
I absolutely love learning English and Art. I also enjoy reading, so I like Serbian where we do grammar and literature.

3. What is your favourite drink?
If we're talking nonalcoholic I would probably have to say either mango and orange (or lemon, I'm not sure) flavoured green tea or a vanilla macchiato. As far as alcoholic beverages go, I love me some red wine, particularly blackberry wine. I also like beer, though, I'm not too classy.
4.What is your favourite song at the moment?
Hands down my favourite song at the moment is The Sound by The 1975 because it instantly puts me in such a great mood and makes me wanna dance around like I don't have a care in the world.
5. What is your favourite food?
This will forever be the most difficult question. Let's see, I definitely adore Italian food and I also like Indian, even though I've had it only once, but I can't choose a single meal. Speaking of Italian, I am currently craving a Mexican pizza with minced meat on it. I hate this question.
6. What is the last thing you bought?
I last went shopping a week ago and I bought a skirt from New Yorker and an Essence eyeliner.
7. Favourite book of all time?
I am currently searching for a new favourite book, but right now I guess I would say it's either The Catcher in The Rye or The Perks of Being a Wallflower. But I'm kind of in a phase of getting over Y/A books and looking for a more quality piece of literature.
8. Favourite colour?
Straight up baby pink. I just want to have everything in that colour, and I do mean everything. It's just so pretty.
9. Do you have any pets?
Unfortunately, I don't have any pets, but I would LOVE to have a dog, preferably a French Bulldog. I wouldn't mind a Pug either.
10. Favourite perfume?
It's got to be the Marc Jacobs Daisy (the first one) or a Chloe one, even though I've never owned either one. I just smell them at airports and stuff.
11. Favourite holiday?
Definitely Christmas.
12. Are you married?
Lol, I'm 18 and single af.
13. Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times?
I've been out of the country quite a few times, I don't know the exact number, but the countries I've been to are: Romania (Timisoara), Italy (Rome), Switzerland (Trogen, Zurich, Luzern, St. Gallen), Montenegro (Bar) and Hungary (Budapest).
14. Do you speak any other languages?
Well English is not my native language, so besides English I obviously speak Serbian. I'm hoping to learn many more in the future, though.
15. How many siblings do you have?
I've got two older siblings - a brother (31) and a sister (29 in a month).

16. What is your favourite shop?
Probably the drugstore and H&M, I guess.
17. Favourite restaurant?
I don't really have one. Soz.
18. When was the last time you cried?
I think it was about  month ago. I don't really cry very often.
19. Favourite blog?
I think at the moment it's Eleanor Calder and Max Hurd's fashion blog The Trend Pear. Go check it out if you're interested in fashion.
20. Favourite movie?
Either The Art of Getting By, The Perks of Being a Wallflower or Palo Alto, I'm not a huge movie person though.
21. Favourite TV Shows?
Are you ready for this? Let's see... Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, Suits, Pretty Little Liars, Modern Family, Younger, Friends (obviously), Bates Motel (which I've just realised it coming out with a new season), Downton Abbey, Sherlock. That's all I can think of right now.
22. PC or Mac?
I've got a PC, so...
23. What phone do you have?
I have a Sony Xperia M2.
24. How tall are you?
I don't know exactly, I think about 162 cm (5'3'')
25. Can you cook?
Kind of, when I want to or have to I can whip something up.
That's all, I hope you liked this tag and I'll talk to you Thursday.

Wow, I haven't done one of these in a really long time. But don't fret, I haven't forgotten about this little series. Today I've got a good one, or at least I think so.
''There is hardly a single action that we perform in that phase which we would not give anything, in later life, to be able to annul. Whereas what we ought to regret is that we no longer posses the spontaneity which made us perform them. In later life we look at things in a more practical way, in full conformity with the rest of society, but adolescence is the only period in which we learn anything.'' Marcel Proust, Remembrance of Things Past

So, I've been reading Palo Alto and I came across this quote which I absolutely loved. Can you tell I'm an adolescent looking for affirmation and comfort?
Anyhow, I completely agree with Proust on this subject. I think when we're young we let ourselves make rash and stupid decisions and we tend to forget about the consequences from time to time, but when we get older that part of us gets dialled down by society. We don't have to age 10 or 20 years in order to regret some of our past decisions - when we're 17 we can just as easily wish to undo the things we did at 15 for an example. But the point stays the same -
with age comes regret even though it shouldn't be that way. The author's right when he says that we should only regret the lack of spontaneity in our lives, because not every thing is supposed to be planned. I am a person who likes to have a plan or a schedule, but not sticking to the plan can feel pretty exhilarating sometimes, even if it leads to a bad ending or trouble. I think we need to remember to break the rules and let loose from time to time. And it's usually those decisions that teach us valuable life lessons.
Leave your favourite quotes in the comments below if you've got any, I'm interested to know. I love a good quote. This was quite an interesting post to write, so I might start doing these a bit more frequently.

Recently I've been loving really healthy looking skin that is a pretty neutral look, but can make you feel quite glamorous. Here's what I've been doing.
The first step is foundation. I usually use the Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation, which I mix in with moisturizer if my skin's looking good. I also conceal my horrible under eye circles with any concealer that I own (either the Maybelline Fit Me or an Aura one). The next step I cannot miss is setting everything with a powder - I use the NYX Highlight & Contour Pro Pallete, using 'Cream' for my under eye circles and 'Soft Light' for the rest of my face.
After that comes the fun part. I like to bronze my face with the shade 'Tan' from the same palette. Now that I'm not a pale zombie anymore, I sometimes like to go all out and contour my cheekbones and temples slightly using a mixture of 'Toffee' and 'Sculpt'.

When I'm done with all that, the finishing step is highlighting, of course. The first thing I do is apply the Maybelline Baby Lips in the shade 'Peach Kiss' onto my cheekbones (I apply it straight from the bullet, but you can use a brush or your fingers). Then, I blend it in a bit and go over that with 'Nectar' from the NYX palette. Sometimes, when I wanna look super glowy I apply a bit of 'Ice Queen' on top of that. I like to apply one of those powder highlighters to my Cupid's bow and sometimes the tip of my nose, just to finish things off.
Once my skin is looking super healthy and glowy, I like to keep the rest of my makeup quite simple - mascara, soft brows and maybe a nude lipstick if I'm feeling really fancy.
That's the whole look. It shouldn't take too long, even though it might seem a bit over the top. I'm sure you'll love it.
Here's what it looked like when I tried to take a photo.

Long time no lists, huh? Well here it is. Today I'm gonna suggest some things that you can do in order to feel better if you're a bit down.
○ bake cookies (possibly with someone)
○ binge-watching TV shows, as always
○ watch a happy, uplifting movie (preferably a comedy)
○ hang out with friends
○ express yourself creatively
○ go for a walk/drive/bike ride, etc.
○ do something productive
○ clean your enviroment
○ listen to music that makes you feel good
○ take a soothing bath
○ read (maybe even combine this with a bath)
○ pamper yourself (do skincare, make a face/hair mask, wash your hair...)
○ experiment with makeup
○ play dress-up
○ do light exercise
○ reorganize your room
○ make a list of things that make you happy
○ go through old photos or your memory box if you've got one
○ watch these videos

If you've got any other ideas, make sure to leave them in the comments bellow for others to see. That's all from me this week, we'll talk soon.

Sorry for the state of this pencil, I can't sharpen it properly because I am incapable of doing so.
In my previous post I mentioned a lipstick that I've been loving - NYX Matte Lipstick in Butter - and I said that I'd do a post on a certain combo I'd been loving. Here it is.
Both products are by NYX. The first thing that I use is the lip liner in the shade Peekaboo Neutral. I line my lips and sometimes overdraw them a little bit, and then I fill them in completely. Once I've done that, I go in and apply the lipstick straight from the bullet. It's much more pigmented if you use a lip liner first and it, obviously, stays on much longer. The colour payoff when you apply it after a lip liner is amazing. I feel like it isn't completely matte - it feels creamy on the lips and it doesn't dry them out, but to get a fully matte look I like to blot my lips with some tissue paper.
When you're done with both steps, you'll be left with really cool toned brown lips that look super cool and very edgy. I find myself reapplying the lipstick throughout the night a lot, not because I need to, but because I wanna make sure it looks good. My skin tone has quite a bit of a pink undertone, so I think this kind of colour suits me really well.

I love rocking this lip combo with a really fresh looking face - foundation, bronzer and lots of highlighter - and a brown smokey eye (or bare eyelids) with natural looking brows.
